Shipping and Returns

Standard domestic shipping is included on all orders. Express garment shipping is available on request.

For all standard measurement items, we will happily arrange an exchange (which may involve more time as it will be made to order) or a refund within 30 days of your receipt of the item. Items must be in original sale condition (unworn, unwashed and otherwise unused) with original tags and labels attached. Please refer to the size guide before you order any items. Please take your own measurements and ensure that the size you order is appropriate for you.

Bespoke and altered items are not eligible for return or refund.

International orders are shipped by DHL. Shipping for orders up to and including AU$200 is AU$40. Shipping for orders AU$200-AU$400 is AU$20. Shipping for orders more than AU$400 is free.

 

International orders may be subject to GST, VAT or similar tax. We are too small to understand the intricacies of international tax law, so we do not offer tax-inclusive prices for items sold internationally. If your items are subject to tax, the delivery service will contact you to arrange payment to the appropriate authorities.
